How do I manage notifications?

Navigate to Settings > Notifications to customize your daily check-ins, milestone alerts, and friend notifications.

How do I add friends to my squad?

Tap the Squad tab > Add Friends > Share your unique code or scan theirs. Building a support network is key to success.

Is this app a replacement for medical treatment?

No. Sober Era is a lifestyle tracking tool, not medical treatment. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical advice about addiction and recovery.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile, streak data, and squad connections. Note: Subscriptions must be cancelled separately.

What substances can I track?

Currently you can track sobriety from alcohol, cocaine, cigarettes, vaping, and weed. You can change your selection anytime in Settings.

Where can I find professional help?

The app includes crisis resources for US, UK, EU, and Canada. In the US, call 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or 1-800-662-HELP for SAMHSA's substance abuse helpline.
